Radio Communications

What do you guys think about the campaigns radio comms, are they good, gay, ok or something else?

I have never experienced real US Army radio comms so mostly the stuff is just made up or what there is to learn from book like Black Hawk Down and watching movies.

Does anyone know some good sites on the web to read about actual radio traffic or maybe download sample files? I do have bunch of aircraft combat/training radio traffic piled up somewhere though...

What I want is that those radio comms in our campaign would be as realistic as possible, so any help/comments are welcome.
