Problem with pbox

I've downloaded the pbox-utility and it doesn't work. The computer complains to me: "Couldn't start the program: BORLNDMM.DLL doesn't find. Re-install may fix the problem."
I have downloaded this utility many times and every time it complains that same thing, when starting pbox.
