Farming Simulator 22 (FS22) game-mode playing, savegame of sorts.

This happened already in Start From Zero PMC Super Six 6km many months ago, I cleared the board several times, it didn't even feel difficult. The story will be released once I get around to it.

But here comes the challenging part, can you do it on one of the large/huge terrains like PMC Cereal Region 32km, PMC Korkscrew 40km or PMC King Corn 45km as these big boys are truly taking you in, chewing you up and spitting you out without breaking a sweat ;)

Now I got the idea again while playing on Start From Zero PMC Cereal Region 32km, running 3 day seasons config and watching the contracts board while time accelerating to barley/wheat planting season, that sickening idea came to me again that wonder how much work, real life gaming hours, would it take to completely clear contracts board in one of these monster size terrains. Decided to create this topic for reminder to myself and maybe as a challenge to guys like penalty_box etc who are always looking new game-play modes to play :)

Here is snippet of what I just wrote in that farmsim story mentioned above:
Aug 1st in-game 0616hrs canola planting season has begun. Nothing at the dealership sales. Refreshed contracts board and now we got some action. A lot of (not a huge number but still) seeding contracts appeared, then when I was just sitting there waiting the board kept updating almost every few seconds, not sure what was happening but I have to assume some harvest contracts were disappearing because barley harvest season ended at midnight.

Hmm those seeding contracts might be worth the shot, I got two big bourgault air drills, plan was to buy two more, so one contract on 215ha field estimates product (seed) cost of 40k and then the reward is quite standard 532k, that is pretty decent numbers. Yeah it takes longer than fertilizing contracts, but might be fun change of pace.

Not that I need anykind of change of pace as I just started playing couple of days ago heh, but yeah :)

I love these huge terrains, there is just so endless supply of massive contracts available, you could have so much fun if you wanted to just hammer out contracts. I mean maybe one day or "era" I would attempt to clear contracts board in such huge terrain, cereal region, korkscrew or king corn, perhaps undefined farms although its "only" 20.4km in size, set seasons day config to something like ... I mean dunno, does it even matter, maybe some crazy 24 like in old school FS19 Seasons Mod, to really have that full freedom of time, there would absolutely be NO RUSH at all to work on those fields, or at least you would not get that depressing feeling of running out of time. Hell you might even experiment with the FS22 max of 28 day season config, that would be worth a farmsim story for sure :)
As I'm typing this topic out hmm thinking about it a bit more, there could be kind of cheat... if you time accelerate to winter time I believe offered contracts shrink down to only cultivating and plowing contracts (if you have plowing turned on), so it might be kind of cheaty way to get less contracts, but I personally wouldn't even do only boring cultivating ones, the idea is to have fun and not cheat around game-engine loop holes (not that seasons is a loop hole but you know what I mean).

Perhaps only rule-set would be to start a new career with 24 or 28 day seasons, then immediately jump in and start doing contracts, you lose if you give up and win if you reach a point when contracts board even after a lot of X refreshing is completely empty, maybe even after time accelerating past midnight on the same month it would remain empty. The number of days is not a rule, but just a suggestion, as I said idea is to have farming fun not to cheat, so having that complete freedom of time with big seasons days config number would definitely assure enjoyable farming.

Is anyone interested of trying it out? ;)

I'm definitely bookmarking this topic to my todo tasks list and keep it in mind, who knows maybe there will be time in the next couple of years to try something like this out, just from top of my head trying to imagine it... I think in a week of game-play you could get some serious damage done and by second week you probably would have a good idea if its doable or is your dedication weakening near to quitting point heh.
