Hello there! I have bought ArmA: Armed Assault before 2-3 years ago. Now im interested about Queens Qambit expansion. Can I just download it and install to my ArmA or i have to buy it ?

Yes you need to buy it to support the developers. It doesn't even cost much these days (I imagine).
