I have created Installing BIS tools tutorial into our wiki, its somewhat hasty that I had to create for another tutorial so please if you have any questions regarding it, feel free to post in this topic.

I don't feel comfortable with it, but I know myself... if I just didn't pull myself together to add that page, it would be left to idle in the pool of other partial tutorials I have in my local computer. So there it is now, good or bad (mostly bad I think).
