modo 302 help page, modeling tutorials

When I use Modo 302 and activate the Help -> Documentation -> Tutorials, I get into a "Hard surface modeling tutorials" page on my web browser, the link points to a file called

However... as its just an index page, of course all the videos are missing, like

Does anyone know why and more importantly, where to get these tutorial videos?

Damn they sound real nice as there is just the sort of modeling you need on our game modding development.
