Hotlinked image file sizes... meaning that if someone posts a topic/message and inserts image link there which is then displayed on your screen... if there is many images and they are all 800kb in size, it takes really long time to load that topic for slow connection users, not to mention it wasted bandwidth to anyone.
Simple rule is that there is absolutely no reason that normal sized (1024x768?) image has to exceed hundreds of kilobytes.
I'm now making a poll to ask opinions across our forum which sort of limitations you guys like. Please vote as I will make a forum rule out of it and enforce that without exceptions.
