PMC Tactical will move to different server in Sep 2008

After eight (8) years running in the same server (well, "location") PMC Tactical will move to different server in late September 2008.

At the moment we dont have any hosting service chosen, if anyone has suggestions of reliable long term hosting, please let us know. We will hope this transition goes smoothly and without downtime. When the move becomes closer, we'll announce the date when it happens.

PMC Tactical servers changing service provider in this weekend. The maintenance will take place on between 19-22 September.

During this upgrading, all forums are in read-only mode and web pages will expect short downtime.

We apologize for the short notice as well as any inconvenience caused during this period.

We have been now running on the new ISP's server for quite some time, everything has been fine but last night I encountered a forum error, something to do with MySQL. I contacted the ISP and they fixed it.

Let's hope this was one time incident and nothing like this will happen in the future, like its been 2000-2008 in our own old server.
