lip movements

İs there another way to get lips moved except lip files?
Because lip files are very long.Triggers can be used for that?

I think its only the lip files. You can create these files with the util from BIS. I always thought that if I need to fake some speaking, I could just copy paste some random lip file for certain duration to fit the speech.
