VTE Editing Goals

This is the list of goals we try to reach when editing, I believe that when we reach these items on the list on our models and whatnot, there will be little or no problems in gameplay or ArmA engine running smoothly, ie we can have great looking visuals and absolutely NO degrade on performance.

- Minimum of arma.RPT errors.

- Proper resolution LODs to all models; 1,2,3,4 etc and last LOD is below 100 polys.

- Last resolution LOD always contains only one (1) texture / section.

- 1 texture per 1 model is the ultimate goal, not always possible though.

- Normal / Specular maps to all models.

- ShadowVolume LOD for all models.

- damageHide / destruct setup for all vehicle models.

- All vehicle etc scripts in SQF format.

- Library entries to each and every VTE entity (unit, vehicle, weapon, magazine).
