BI Wiki entries for PMC stuff

Last night I learned some basic WIKI editing and added PMC stuff into the BI wiki pages. This includes PMC, VTE, WrpTool and ODOL Explorer pages.

I have no idea how to upload images so there are none, also I'm so lost with the wiki software overall that I'm glad the pages look as decent as they look now :)

For example I think the ODOL Explorer is on "wrong area" somehow, not sure though. I mean its OFP modeling related but dunno because in that "area" I didn't see any other such tools (well there isn't any but eh, dunno). We'll see, I guess some admin will fix it if necessary.
