All the theatres that are listed, how do I know if they work with AF and where do I find them especially the europe one?

The only working theaters for F4AF are Taiwan, Korea 128 and Iran. All other theaters are queued to get new installers which support F4AF.
There is of course the ODSAF, the ODS conversion to F4AF which you can find from Frugals and I believe there was some topic over here too to which I have no link at the moment.
