You can't - it has been encrypted.

No. It's just like the cockpit data. It isn't encrypted, its file storage format has been changed to binary. Do a cross correlation between a old falcon simdata.zip file and the new AF one and you can probably figure it out (but I haven't tried it so I may just be talking out of my A$$) :)
