Here is the CATE v4.17 visual basic source code as requested.
If you guys do any modifications for this, please post feedback into these PMC Tactical forums and possible exe/sources. Lets keep this open source development so everyone can benefit on the end.
I'm personally interested of coding something (C/C++), however I'm very poor coder back in the day I did some coding, so who knows if I can even do hello world nowadays. If there is any C/C++ coders out there interested of theater tools development, please reply in this topic.
