How can I change what aeroplanes can use the AGM-119??

Hello guys. I am playing around with F4browse and I am trying really hard to make the AGM-119 to be used by the F-16. I have managed to add the missile to the F-16 inventory but the missile is not used by any other plane by default so when I choose the missile, it is loaded but there is no missile appearing. I have found a part in the missile properties that is "Used by".. When I enter that part there is no aeroplane appearin and I cannot add any. Can someone assist me here please??
