Cate test terrain

In order to test CATE fully I decided
to start a second small theater
using the koreatileset it allows me to fully test CATE's full potential right now
(I'm a bit lost with all the changes :) )
plus it will be Hires so I can within a limited amount of time ship a tiled Hires terrain and demonstrate it the advances of CATE altitude manipulation and X1 manipulation capabilities in combination with the Hires setup

It will be a imaginary terrain using the Canarien Islands DEM as template
each Island gets 1 base and a diffent terrain.

I will describe every step here and post my CATE rules too so others can follow what is happening and what can be done with CATE

This is a GREAT idea!! If it doesn't end up as part of the documentation, then at least we'll have this link to direct people too! :D :D

First some basic height manipulation
(Cate 1.20 ... (3.2 syntax will folow later)
by the nature of the terrain (being unrealistic for testing) i choose to make the avarage terrain elevationvalues higher.
Ofcoarse with iceland i have middled these values to an avarge the terrain keeps the same height ( compensating the avarage value (1000 meter res (avarage) of the DEM itslef, to the 250 meter terrainmesh)

;) ,still looking for the correct ones for them.

RandAlt=0 10000 6 7 (raise whole terrain by 6-7 procent)
RandAlt=0 10000 -3 0 (lower whole terrain by -3-0 procent)
RandAlt=0 500 19 20 (from 0 to 500 feet increase elevation by 19-20%)
RandAlt=220 650 -5 3
RandAlt=1765 3500 -4 4
RandAlt=3510 10000 6 7
