As a newcomer to alternative F4 theatres can I ask that you include some installation instructions with your theatres.(Or perhaps someone can point me in the direction of some on the website that I missed) I downloaded the European Theatre Beta and ran the the install program and assumed that that was all I needed to do (the web page does say "Just click the installer to install it") but when I went in to F4 (SP3) there was no European theatre to select. I then found after searching the forums another installation program (SPTinstall.exe) that I needed to run. Back into F4 - still no luck. Eventually after perusing the forums a bit more I found another reference to manually editing the Theater.lst file, manually edited it and hey presto it appears in F4. Surely the installation program should modify this file ? Also the in the 2nd FAQ for SP2/3 it neglects to tell you which file the text it refers to should be inserted in.
Also had a complete system lockup while in th 3d cockpit in campaign mode
I am using WinME.
