double pilots

I know there was something about this awhile ago, but I didnt have the prob then.
And know I cant find the thread.

I have been getting twin pilots on my Debriefings. It is now happening in all theaters and Dogfight.

This is really messing up my log. I eject and survive but the second log it counts as a death. I think it is also counting kills as a double.

Any help?

You've set some new debriefing setups in F4Patch. Try disabling them. It worked for me.
