the program for convertering FS98 MDL model.
note: it converts MDL to DXF, then you need some 3d tool(like 3ds max) to convert DXF to 3DS format, then do some tweaks to eliminate reverse normals or polys. then use LodEditor to import 3DS to raw LOD. later you got to structure LOD for use.
