Is Falcon 5 back in production?

I have found in one Falcon site that the funding problem was resolved and that Falcon 5 was back in production after all that controversy which was created due to a funding problem. I wanted to be sure that this is the case and I didnot missunderstand what was written in that site. I wrote about this just a few days ago but no-one responded to my post. I would appreciate if anyone who knows any information about this matter clarifies it by either denying this or confirming it. Thanks!!
