wilbur bitmap

i have a greyscale and coloured bitmap i want to use in wilbur to make a lon/lat .txt file.
how do i set the height fields in wilbur?
it very confusing.

I have no idea, never imported just an bmp file into Wilbur.

sorted it,it had to be reimported via photoshop.
i made a new 512x512 and made a height map.
saved as bitmap.cloned the original greyscale
on top of the bitmap and saved as (missing bit)
8 bit windows/os2 bitmap.
re-opened in wilbur and checked the sun icon...voila.
actually i think ill play about with it some more.
