Converting Jpeg to Bmp

Does anyone know how to convert jpegs into bmp's? I have an image that I want to use with the UI Converter utility,but it's in jpeg format.

I have ACDsee installed, which is a program which allows you to see pictures. Also this program can allow you to convert jpegs into bmps. If you do have the program, open the image using the program and then go to File, Save As and then choose the format you want to save the picture as. There is a list below of the formats and you can choose bmps from there. Unfortunately I don't know any other way of converting the images from jpegs to bmps, so unfortunately I cannot help you any further. You can search for the program in the net. It has proven very helpful to me.
