Will SP4 update current campaigns or not??

I knew that SP4 will be available hopefully soon and I was thinking how the current theaters and campaigns would be updated. At first I thought that SP4 would updtate them and so resolve many of the existing problems with the different theaters. Then I thought that perhaps the theaters would be re-released for the SP4 version. Does anyone have an idea of how things will be??
