Runway lighting Falcon 4.0

Hi there guys!

Last night i was playing a mission in Falcon 4 and the cloud cover was very low with rain pelting down. I made a perfect instrument landing, but at about 100 feet i still could not see the runway.

I just want to know if it is possible for the runway lights to be activated in Falcon4 whenever the visibility drops cosiderably and not just during nights.
