Hello guys again. I am answering to my own post here. When the first nuke exploded the screen went white and there was fire everywhere and everything seemed that was destroyed, except aeroplanes I think. The second one was very similar as well. I chose the End mission command just to see how many kills I had achieved. I achieved 6 AA kills(I have no idea how) and 603 AG kills(!!!). Amazing huh??quote:Originally posted by Butcher_ss:
Hello guys. I have just added some nukes to the F-16 inventory and I am just about to use them during a mission. Has anyone else ever tried this before?? Am I the first one to do so?? I'll get back to you with the results![]()

You see I didn't try it in one of the campaign missions but not to win the campaign. I just wanted to see wht would the effects would be in the mission. The kills were not recorded in my logbook and since I chose End mission in the middle of the game the mission failed. However I re-started the campaign so that is not cheating since I didnot keep the kills and I did not continue with that campaign. I just wanted to see the maximum kills that it could achieve. Oh by the way I didn't get any medals or went to court-marshal for that.quote:Originally posted by snowball:
nukes....what a cheap way to go![]()
isn't that cheating![]()
i used them in TEs just to see what they do...btw, did you get air medals or something or a court martial?
There is a significant difference in the sense that it was real people dying in WWII instead of just a number of supposed kills in Falcon4. And as I said before the kills were not recorde and I started a new campaign and I didnot continue that one. So it is nopt cheating. Besides why are the nukes available if you cannot use them in the game???quote:Originally posted by Swede:
then US also cheated back in the WWII
Exactly what I was sayingquote:Besides why are the nukes available if you cannot use them in the game???

So we agree.quote:Originally posted by Swede:

It shouldn't. If they did the AI would use them the same as any conventional weapon. Besides, the AI don't know how to deliver them properly.quote:Originally posted by snowball:
lol...
does the nukes come into the game by it self at any time in the campaign?
No they don't. If you have F4browse and you go to the F-16CG munitions sore you will find that there are no B-61s(nuke the F-16 uses)in store for use and so they donot become available at any point of the campaign.quote:Originally posted by snowball:

Yes you are right. Every AI F-16 would be using the nukes, killing everyone and probably itself since it doesnot know the proper way of using them (I am not sure that I know the proper way of using them too!!!)quote:Originally posted by Snowman:

If you have SP3, go to TE then choose saved and then select the mission ....ramp start. In that mission you can select and use nukes but you can't in the campaigns since it is set as default not to be able to use them. However there is a way to have them in the campaigns as well. If you have f4browse, enter it and then choose squadron stores. You will be taken somewhere where there will be aeroplane names. The F-16CG is on the first row, double click on that. A list fo weapons appears. Click on the first name and then start pressing B (B61) until the name of the nuke B61 is highlighted, the number should be 0(no items in inventory). Then double-click on the nuke and you will be asked to place a number for how many nukes you want to have. Place any number between 1-254. Then choose update and then exit f4browse. The nukes should now be in inventory.quote:Originally posted by Mopy:
Hiya,
Call me late on this one but where are you getting nukes from? In TE I can't customize the loadouts and campaigns there's none available (thankfully?)
Is this the B1 bomber patch that did it? If so do you have a download URL for that one?
Thanks
