Well, another shoot, they are just 8 tiles, i will have to modify them much and i have an idea to easily make them different without taking the quality out
Great tiles!
The problem of using MSFS tiles and it's copyright is obvious, however there is a workaround for problems like this.
Since these are tiles and not recognisable objects you can start a number of actions to make them your 'own'. It's a bit like a cloth 'dessin' or normal household wallpaper, on itself it is very abstract and only comes to life in environment.
1 step you can take is taking the tile apart in a way that it just doesn't look like the tile before, cut it up and glue it back together randomly. 2nd is mirroring it. 3rd is, like u did later on with another view, use slightly different colours, just slightly so u preserve deserteffect.
The above method does not make it a MSFS tile anymore and no copyright can be attached to it, while the quality can be remained in terms of shades and shapes.
This is not a trick to avoid copyright, but a means to make yr own tiles while maintaining similar quality as MSFS tiles.
It's not the method you make them, it's the endresult that determines copyright or not
