AFAIK, nope.
you may place some existing buildings for the time being.

ive seen the 3d model is done with lodeditor, its number 2787 in my computer.

I suppose the CT record is still not done.

you mean parent 2787, or lod# 2787? i can't find it.

sorry, i miss, i mean CT number 2387, its called Target 7, its lod number is 1625.
