Un able to reinstall

I uninstalled Falcon SP3 to fix a problem, but I didn't uninstall ODS. I cleared the directory and now I can't reinstall it. It wants to uninstall it and asks for the directory that has the ODS theater. I deleted it from the regestry and it still thinks it is installed.
