Since we got some annoying no-flight-scheduled bug in campaign, we may make up with historical TEs.... too bad im not TE experts.
so, could some TE designers help this?
there're lots "exciting events" could be simulated with ODS terrains, such as:
1. first nite strike, fly F117 over Baghdad.
2. first nite strike, fly F4G on SEAD, fly F15C for SWEEP, f15E/Tornado IDS on OCA
3. AV8 strike iraqis near Kuwait city/coastal islands.
4. A10/AV8/F16 in famous kagfugi battle.
5. deep strike on F111, bunker buster, the last strike with GUB28
6. tank busting with F111+laser guide bombs at sunset.
7. scud hunting, fly F15E/A10
8. B52 mission, daytime bombing republic guard
9. killbox missions, fly F16/A10, stop republic guard retreating back to Baghdad
10. shoot Escaping a/c to Iran, fly f15C
11. a6/f18 mission, OCA
12. famous mig25 vs f18 engagement, one horent lost?
13. famous mig29 vs f15 engagement, one fulcrum crash due to inadequate low level maneuvor.

Re: TE for ODS?
Howdy -
Speaking of which, is there a limit to the number of Units which can be added to a ODS TE? I get a CTD in the TE Editor whenever I put a lot of units in a TE. By a lot, i mean at least one SAM at each airbase, at least one Infantry at each War Production Site, at least one SAM at each fixed SAM site, one AAA at each CCC site, etc...and this is just with the badguy(red) map sites.
If your curious as to why I would want to do this...I figure it would be nice to have a "generic" TE template with all the fixed points filled in with appropriate units.
THe number of units in the TE is the only reason I could think that is causing the CTD. Anyone else notice something like this?
