Unable to delete Desert Theater from my Control Panel

I am having the same problem. The file will not delete, and it continues to try and reload again. Also, there are no frag orders for any of the fighter planes. The only plane available for flight is the KC10.

What airbases have you browsed through to search for squadrons to fly?

reinstall f4 and ods.
