Ok, I tested out the Converter by downloading the coordinates for Cuba to Miami and then ran the DEM_L2. The data file size was 1300x1300, so I would have a red box with a border. This is a link to the map it made. I don't think this is the Cuba I was looking for, lol. I noticed the DEM processing site has a (-) mark before the coordinates. I can't remember if I replaced the - before the long and lat data I entered. Do you think this would cause it.

I fixed the problem. It was the (-) in front of the lats that I messed up. DEM_L@ worked like a charm. As usual, it was the idot operating the equipment that caused the major malfunction. I gotta quit that.
