Actually, yes. Image I've long thought of doing an Aleutian theater, but after discussing it on a couple forums, decided to move it up to the Bering Straits.

I've gotten the Windows based Dem2L converter and am playing with the coordinates to include Anadyr. Its tricky because of the extreme lats/longs, but I'm hoping it can work. Also, the theater spans the international date line, so I'm not sure if the features information will even work.

Also, I don't have alot of time to spend on it!

Do you mean Miran Klemenc's DEM_2_L2 Spherical Converter or our simple win dem2lf.exe ?

I highly recommend the Spherical Converter. There is even new version coming out soon.

Yep - the new one from Miran. Image Image

I'm still playing with the right coordinates, but it looks hopeful!

(BTW, I know I owe you some ME tiling, and you'll get it soon. I'm not satisfied with the transition from desert to elevation yet.)
