Snakeman read this and read this good. i want this project to be a succes not less then you but to do this we need to get fucking ORGENIZE. hell i know only 4 guys who works on this project.
ok so this is what i suggest.
1)make sure how many of us are excatly on this project. tilers 3d placers researches what ever. make a list actually and publish it with emails,activelists,photos,bank numbers what ever...
2) its time to work in full scale on one map. if we reall got 30 tilers its time to split the 64X64 map to 30 pices, wich means 136.5 segments to each. a work of week or two.
3) we need an homepage.
4) we a fucking good scedual for all of this.
thats what i think if your not going to do all that i can asure you this project maybe be gone in a short. the key word is orgenize!!!!!!!!!!

1.) Get textures ready
2.) Prepare ODS and ME tutorials
3.) Hire more tilers
4.) Hire more 3d placers

After this is done we will be ready.

1. well just some info would be fine
2. actually now we only work on one map ODS
so other maps will be done later...
I dont think there are 30 tilers ....yet
suprise me...lol
I suggest we tackle ME after ODS so one will be finnished and all the tilers of ODS can shift to ME.......and after that Isreal
We'll use SM way of handling things like he did on Vietnam and now ODS, any QA tiling could be done later if wished for or/and required...all these maps have the option to be put into a bigger 128 map wich would by then be 50% tiled

3 well we got PMC TFW seperate forums would be welcome for ODS and ME as F4c forum is not functional to get messags through and I like it here
maybey anothr one for Isreal already....?

4 well scheduling this kindafrelance work is very hard to do.....just be productive
