As you can see- colors have improved drastically and look more real. Thanks the COMGP for the advice. ETA on release: 1 week

Also here is a pic of the new mountains. I was going to do a 2d mosiac view but it didn't look as good as a true 3d view. Sorry for the large size since I am running in 1600x1200 desktop size. As you can see many new improvements have been made to the new mountains. The most noticable is the implementation of artificial shadows to add more sense of depth to the mountains. This has turned out very well and the mountains look quite realistic in comparison to what we had a few weeks ago. Hope ya like it
