Problem making *.tdf files

I try to make a tdf file but when I try to load that feature to a terrain nothing happens.

left_map_x = -90.00000003600
right_map_x = -79.99999989600
upper_map_y = 38.00000002080
lower_map_y = 27.99999995280

so what should the
-long=
-lat=
when executing perls scripts?

Should I put the negative sign?

procae.pl -long=-90.0 -lat=28.0 Label pppoint.e00 >airport.tdf

Yes negative goes to the cmd line. Make sure you have the updated scripts.
