range parameter of Terrain Feature scripts

I've updated the pages with new terrain feature scripts. These scripts handle the larger terrain sizes and also I think it was the negative lat/long coordinates.

Please notice that with these scripts, you MUST use TerrainView v1.46 or later!

New parameter is "-range=40" uhm well, the 40 is the range to use on normal maps

Anyway, these are the scripts that I've been using quite some time and created few of those terrain feature files for you guys.
