The Zagros is constituted by several mountain ranges, and many peaks are higher than 3,000 metres. The highest single mountain is the Zard Kuh at an elevation of 4,548 metres.
Snow is common in winterm, and many mountains peaks have snow even through summer. The Zagros region helps to give good conditions for agriculture in the nearby valleys, and agriculture and livestock raising are the main sources of income in the region."
Basically the valleys with rivers in the Iranian mountain ranges should have those farmland tiles I made and also I am also working on new vegetation tiles for the Hforr20d type terrain (Which looks strikingly similar to the Iranian plateau)for the river valleys. Heres the most intersting aspect about the mountains themselves

"The Zagros Mountains are the major mountain system of Western Iran. They consist of high parallel ranges with sheer rugged peaks, separated by steep canyons and gorges. Several summits rise to over 14,000 feet, the highest being Zardeh Kuh (14,920 ft./ 4548m). Heavy snow falls in Winter and remains on the higher summits for much of the year. One of the most spectacular areas of the Zagros is the area surrounding the headstreams of the Karun River and its tributaries. Here, the rivers tumble through rocky gorges, sheer mountain walls towering above them. "
I can't wait to have some dogfights here

In fact our new darker brown mountain tiles look pretty close in terms of coloration with the real thing. Check this pic out
