UI perl scripts

The tutorial on making your own UI images got me interested in making my own, and I looked for the perl-scripts.
The terrainscripts.zip has two out of three of the required perl scripts. However, I can't find irc2res.pl

Does anyone know where to find it?

I have just updated the TerrainScripts.zip, irc2res.pl can now be found there.
