Hi,
I'm having trouble downloading data to make the terrain features for florida and the surrounding area. I have my 10x10 dem that I want. When I go to the maproom at PSU, select the data required and try to download my internet browser says "Page cannot be displayed." I have tried manuel ftp but the page has been moved and I can't find where to download the data directly. I have Internet Explorer 5.0 and a 56k modem. I can gain access to a faster cable modem, will this help? Thanks in advance.

Try going to the very end of the url address in your browser. You will notice a question mark, get rid of that and hit return. That works for me. You may also have to change the ftp into a http:
ftp:/bla bla bla/3847.zip?
is now:
http:/bla bla bla/3847.zip
and hit return.

Also you could try netscape (well if you only use IE then its not seriously considered), or trying to download only one feature at time.
In Vietnam theater I had to download China features one at the time because its so huge country that the database is very large.
