The lousy Binarize usage, for some reason will not function properly on my computer, try to include a tool that will take image back to wrp with the push of a button.

I imagine it's a software issue cause the computer reports that Binarize exe failed to initiate properly. Do you wish to send a report.

Are there any other programs that could possibly convert back to wrp , I love this tool especially the road tool, but with Binarize not working for me no sense for me to use it at all.
Some OHous objects will crash binarize, I dont know the p3d names at the moment but will try to look them up.

When I'm binarizing my own wrp, in the end binarize crashes, so you're not alone here ;)

What comes to us making utility to replace binarize, I dont know as we dont have such knowledge at the moment. If anyone knows some technical details, feel free to share and we'll see what we can do.

Also make note that you do not NEED to binarize your wrp file for OFP usage, its our understanding that OFP has "internal binarize" so to speak. Of course if you need to get 4WVR file into Visitor or WRPEdit, then you indeed need to use binarize.

Well thats all I neded to know, so the wrp file saved from
WRP tool can be put into /myIsland pbo packed and run, , here I was trying to make this all complicated, thanks for that info., but if I want to recheck everything in wrp it has to be Binarized , now heres a question which may be kind of off
I like the lareger Islands of course, can you start with Wilbur in 512 x 512 or 1024 x 1024 in your basic creation, take it into wrp edit and polish it off with Wrp tool. I really like wrp edits road tool and basically all its functions , but I like wrp edits ability to get the real perspective view up close to see if I like what I just placed.

I wanted to try Visitor but my language skills are limited
to English , Hickanese (the ability to speak and understand
hick, cowboy ,and of course goatroper) :P Therefore I donot understand many of the commands of Visitor.

So in all reality , all in all Wrp tool is just fine. Great work
looking forward to any other tools you may develop in the future.

No, WRPEdit only reads 12km islands.

But you can make a 25k or 51k in wilbur, load it in wrptool, export a 25k segment, binarize it, load it in wrpedit, fiddle with it, then merge/import back into wrptool right?

There is a 3d-view in WrpTool which shows Objects quite accurate, it only misses the textures.

Here is my problem: when
I run binarize I recieve an error message 'data3dobloha.p3d' not found even though I don't use it in my island. In fact, there are no p3d models in my island at all! I've tried to copy that p3d file to my addon data3d folder, but it didn't help. How can I solve this? When I use 4WVR wrp model in my addon and try to run flashpoint it crashes.

The binarize tool is useless, and junk! It is a big error! I don't beleive, the BIS made this. They're better than this!

Binarize is an internal BIS tool designed for rather stricty scenarios. It does only what is absolutely needed for BIS. The problem is that with WRPtool we're trying to cram all sorts of unexpected data at it, stuff that it was never designed/tested for. Treat it as such.

----------------------------------

Werbliud: This can be indicative of other non-wrp issues as well. If OFP is crashing loading a corrupted WRP, the errors could be most anything. This looks like a different non-wrp related memory issue.

Thanks.
