Just created new page for ArmA 1 PMC Addons, Mods, Missions and Campaigns Manuals where all those existing documentation pages are listed in one nice index.

Since Armed Assault aka ArmA aka ArmA 1 is two game engine releases behind and I would bet very few people are still playing it, don't think there are going to be further manuals added, but I could add something if someone requests a page or I come across like some local documentation left behind.
If there are any changes, fixes etc needed on the manual pages, please let me know.
