Yesterday did a game-play overview of how a small farm can be started with a little money.

That was about HALF the terrains farm yards, clearly they are very very small and only few of them had placeables. Didn't check rest of the farm yards as the pattern was pretty clear on the first half.
Bulk of the farmland containing fields is divided to 5 * 3 grid with massive chunks of land to buy, they start from 4.8 million to 10.3 million each. Then right in the center by the dealership you have 21 very small compact farmlands costing from 8k to 22.5k (there is one odd 86.7k also). Overall this is awesome Start From Zero cheapo land purchase location.
But this is kind of hardcore farmland pricing, either its 8k costing tiny one or 10 million costing huge blob. There is no middle ground here, as said jump in farmland prices is from 86.7k to 4.8 million, that is a huge difference. But I guess if player owns all the small lands by the dealership, harvests soybeans few times out of those... he has well above 4.8 million in budget.
Checked contracts quickly, well there was ridiculously cheap ones and me just coming from terrain sizes of 32.7km, 40km and 45km these rewards were extremely small, there is NO problem getting started with small scale farming Start From Zero in PMC RedWhiteBlue 10km v0.1.6
