when using the object tool, It would be nice when selecting objects to remove from the list, If it would show you a preview picture of that object if you have one avalible in your 3DPreview directory.
Or a select all of this type button so you can click on a tree and all the trees of that name will be selected... ?

Or, even allowing replacement of textures or objects within a region only, instead of all or nothing.
Also, how difficult would it to lock a road in itself, instead of locking just ALL ROADS without going thru the object borwser and selecting each road piece type to lock.
Example: I have a road called Airfield1, which is intersected by Airfiled2, airfield3, and Airfield4. Lock sny of the above in order to makw changes to a different one of the above. On my last island, the road system ended up being EXTREMELY complex, lol, and in the end i just deleted all the roads, started from scratch, and told myself that i would leave it alone when i was done. Then i took a 4 hour test drive along EVERY lenght of road to ensure smoothness, junctions, etc.

or a way to check if you have a tree object on a road object..... I used the stacked objects tool and it did nothing on mine...?

How about the ability to put a picture under the grid lines that you could scale so you could follow actual map images to help make an island?

How about a "collect for output" tool like Quark has, or Flightcheck. If you use a wide variety of objects and textures from all over the place, it could collect them into one folder. Just a thought.
