Release date for final VTE ArmA version

I'm thinking that perhaps it would be good idea to release the final ArmA version before end of the year, so it would be 2009 release. This way we would have nice chronology of

ArmA VTE 2007-2009
ArmA 2 VTE 2009-future

Nice flow of time there.

Right now you can follow the never ending development diary and DevHeaven page for current progress to see its very good. Honestly we are days away from status where I would feel comfortable for release, so setting the release up to few/3 weeks definitely would not cause a problem for me.

Yeah it's not a bad idea, we can start fresh into 2010 with Arma 2
I will try to report to you the most important thing that would need to be fixed before the final release, but hell i can't wait to move onto A2, so 2009 final release sounds good to me

Because its the last ArmA release, its a special release. I'd want it to be same as OFP v0.4 which worked nicely (nobody has reported any problems). Definitely I don't want to release it hastily.
