Tile color palette applying in Photoshop.

Earlier I created Photoshop; color palette topic in the general editing area. I'd hate to pimp and cross post, but I must emphasize to everyone that right now I'm using Photoshop, I do not have PaintShopPro installed anymore and frankly I'm not willing to put it back as it took me so much time/ordeal to outcome the initial scare of photoshop... and with photoshop I cannot do any Falcon 4 terrain tiles.

So until someone teaches me how to apply the color palettes in PS properly, or finds some util to do that automatically... there will be no editing of any tiles from PMC.

So once again I'm pleading you guys, pass the word, ask around, look around... if anyone knows how to properly re-palette tile-sets and fartiles in photoshop; I want to learn from them.
