PowerGREP is windows grep software to search (and replace) through files and directories.
PowerGREP homepage.
I have been using this tool for a long time, I remember the times I edited OFP mission.sqm and .sqs files to replace BIS classnames with JAM classnames and so on.
PowerGREP also works as powerful search tool alone, just click a root dir and tick search sub directories and off you go. I find PowerGREP more easier to search stuff than UltraEdit which I also used before.
So if you have any search and replace work for several files, this is the tool for that use.

Re: PowerGREP
This appears to do something similar, but cheaper.

(Edit because I forgot the link. Also, this is basically portable, too, if extract the installer.)
Did you get the $150 version of PowerGREP?

Re: PowerGREP
I'm using the Open Source program SourceGlob as the grep tool under windows. And it's much cheaper...
