What is F4Cathouse util?

I found topic in FreeFalcon forums about F4Cathouse utility. It can be downloaded from here among other things.

Does anyone know what this utility does and who created it?

F4Cathouse is a tool for editing the flight model of AAM type weapon. i dunno if it's created by Codec or Rik.. no author name in credit page.

the tool seems only available to insider modders for long time.. it's for modders with aeronautic knowledge - and RL military stuff background. As the tweak result will severely affect the realism of sim, the tool is not for average users.

Also, it's broken. The code that calculates the DLZ and range info doesn't work.

I am considering writing a Matlab script or something that will calculate this stuff. However, if I decide to do it, it will take several months at least (cause I'm kind of rusty), and I will need a thorough understanding of the sim's guidance code. I have an engineering background and have written simple trajectory codes before, but this would be a pretty big undertaking.
