HOW to convert a save.cam into textformat??????
thats my big question!
i'm modyfying campaigns with tacedit, but somebody wants them in some kind of textformat!
can anybody help me???

Take a look at the PMC Korean Campaigns how the TCL's are made, then just look at your save0.cam and pick the coordinates there, then write them into your newly made TCL script (copy paste from PMC Korea tcls if you wish).
There is no automated way, thats why its essential to teach people not to edit with Tacedit directly as its so wasted time in the long run.
