MLOD / O2 into 3DSMax .3ds file

In the first release of O2 personal edition there was feature to Export into 3DSMax 3ds files, I tried it on one model but O2 crashed. Today BIS released newer version of O2 and the whole function has been removed.

Is there any way, any util out there, to convert MLOD/ODOL p3d files into 3DSMax readable .3ds files?

Apparently the old O2 export works if you just disable exporting textures (at least it always crashed on me with texture export). So if you want to export, use the old RC2 exe without texture export.

And the export/import scale is 1:10.
