How do you add a radio when using the mission editor?

When I play other missions made by 3rd party in the ofp community. I see the green radio for use when I press m for the map. When I make my own missions the little green radio is not on the map??? I see in my squad I have a rto. Also I made a mission with CoC artillery. I am still having difficulty accessing the radio and also ensuring to have artillery support option available to me when I get a chance to use the radio???? Help please, I sure would like to make a Vietnam mission to call in on the radio fro some artillery support. Can someone please give me a step by step on how to create a mission to use the radio to call in artillery support and how to add artillery that will respond to my artillery support through the radio? Thank you
